Oh, wait! I forgot!
We have a "democracy" with more than one party, right?
I'm confused-doesn't corporate America run this country?
Wall Street and the auto makers get the best interest rates while people lose homes, retirement accounts, accept wage freezes  and lose jobs.
Yeah, We're the free country.

Americans have melded into a huge ball of narcissistic atoms believing whatever comes out of the mouth is so important it takes precedence over real life.

 Twittering and texting of course, IS life for many -How, then, does anything which comes out of the brain of a twittering texter have relevance to the world???

Americans  "re" vote for politicians who have already robbed them of their pensions and savings.
While unemployment is the highest since the Depression era, more people are on food stamps than ever in the history of the US,
homelessmess has increased 125%,
millions have lost their homes through the bank/wall street/republican deregulation of banks and businesses,
American gladly bailed out the rich and lost their life savings-
then VOTED the same party back into office.
